Better Regulation

The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment (SBEE) Act 2015 requires the Government of the day to publish a Business Impact Target (BIT) in respect of Qualifying Regulatory Provisions that come into force or cease to be in force during the Parliamentary period. The Inspectorate is required to implement the requirements of the Act and assess all of its measures for every BIT year. The documents below provide the outcome of the Inspectorate’s assessments, the findings of which have been confirmed by the Regulatory Policy Committee.
