NOTICE UNDER SECTION 20(6)

WATER INDUSTRY ACT 1991

The Secretary of State gives notice under section 20(6) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“the Act”) that –

1. He proposes to revoke the Enforcement Order made against Thames Water Utilities Ltd. on 27 January 2023.
2. He is satisfied that the requirements of the Enforcement Order have been met by the company and that the company is now in compliance with Section 202(4) of the Act.
3. Representations or objections with respect to the revocation of the Enforcement Order may be made by 11 October 2024 and should be addressed to:
